Refund Policy

Camera Exchange Policy:

To be eligible for an exchange, your camera must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The exchange policy does not apply to any camera purchased on sale or at a discounted price. An exchange will only be granted due to a difference in camera size or if you receive damaged goods. The exchange would be limited to the camera/s received and cannot be exchanged for another item in our catalog. The exchange process can take up to 15 days from the moment we receive your sent cameras. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the timeline can be extended. You have 14 calendar days to return a camera from the date you received it. Your camera must be in the original packaging. It needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Any malfunction in the provided camera purchase system and extended problems can be reported to info@avtcamerasecurity.com. To maintain fairness, the issues reported will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. AVT Camera Security reserves the right to decline orders if they are out of stock or if the desired camera size is not available in our offering. Minute differences in color may be discerned due to different lighting conditions during photography and/or minute differences in color contrast on different screens. Thus, exchanges on this basis will not be entertained. All camera purchases can be exchanged within the time frame of 14 days, subject to the condition that the camera is defective or faulty at the time of delivery or the camera does not match the original specifications. Some cameras have a “Do Not Remove” tag or a “Keep This Tag Attached” tag, which must still be attached to the camera to request an exchange. Please decide if you are completely satisfied with your camera before you remove such a tag. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your camera for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any exchange; reasons can include unavailability of said camera/product, errors in pricing, or decline in payment.

Camera Refund Policy:

There is no refund policy currently being upheld for camera purchases. The transactional process is transparent in its nature, including the composition of the camera, accessible policies, and a system to exchange within ample time in case of a defective/faulty camera or sizing issues to safeguard the customer’s utmost satisfaction.
